The Smith Meter model F4 is a 4", steel, double-case, straight-through (S3 through S8), rotary-vane, positive displacement meter.

Applications for the F4 include blending, batching, dispensing, inventory control, and custody transfer of oils, solvents, chemicals, paints, fats, and fertilizers.
