Cryogenic Gate Valves

Brand: Ranger Valve America Ltd
RANGER’s Cryogenic Gate Valves for ultra-low temperature service have been engineered to ensure high-performance and leverage CNC machining equipment, as well as other specialty equipment, and dust-free/clean assembly areas to ensure a consistent and high-quality product.
Features
  • Sizes from NPS 2" to 48" (DN50 to DN1200)
  • Class 150 to 2500 (PN20 to PN420)
  • Operating temperature -196°C to 300°C (the range of service temperature may vary for different materials )
  • The sealing faces of the valve seat and valve clack are hard faced with alloy to improve the erosion resistance and extend the service life of the valve
  • The main parts subject to a temperature ≤-101°C are subzero treated to prevent valve deformation under ultra-low temperatures
  • SS+ graphite or metallic seal or pressure self-sealing is adopted between the valve body and bonnet for reliable sealing
  • Rising stem structure, making the valve switch position be clear at a glance
  • The valve stem thread will not come into contact with the medium, so the corrosion of medium to the thread is reduced
  • A small switching moment, reliable sealing
  • The gate valve has the wedge resilient, self-sealing parallel double-plate and stretching type parallel double-plate structures, so the sealing performance is good
  • Small flow resistance, high flow capacity and good flow characteristic
  • For small wedge resilient gate valves, the interchangeability can be ensured with process tooling
  • By improving the structural design and selecting reasonable packing structure and qualified packing supplier, the valves can meet the Class A sealing test requirements of ISO 15848 FE
