The Chemtec MiniBLOCK provides users with a complete stainless steel fluid metering block for injecting a wide variety of additives or dyes.

The MiniBLOCK is a patented design and known as an industry standard for fluid injection.

It can be supplied as a "loose" injector and seamlessly integrated with existing terminal automation preset, or pair it with our ProPAC to enable smart functionality depending on your application.

The MiniBLOCK is built on pd meter technology that allows for precision controlled injections in a space efficient design inclusive of a quick disconnect calibration port.

The block also contains an inline strainer and isolation valves reducing downtime for maintenance and increasing injector life.

An integrated check valve prevents any backflow of fluid into the meter. This tried and true injector holds up to its reputation.

MiniBLOCK serves as a ”secondary device” to a user-supplied “Primary controller”.

The product is accurate, reliable and compatible with a wide range of chemicals. The oval gear design offers high accuracy and low pressure drop.
